Fall 2023 Commencement

More than 200 Hardin-Simmons University students are scheduled to walk the stage during two fall commencement ceremonies on Friday, December 15, in the Abilene Convention Center.

One hundred eighteen graduates are slated for the morning ceremony, with 101 in the afternoon.

Shirley Hoogstra J.D., President of the Council for Christian Colleges & University, will be the keynote speaker at both ceremonies.

Live streaming of both ceremonies will be viewable on HSU’s YouTube channel.

The 10:00 a.m. ceremony will feature graduates of these colleges:

College of Health Professions

Holland School of Sciences and Mathematics

Patty Hanks Shelton School of Nursing

The 2:00 p.m. ceremony will feature graduates of these colleges:

Cynthia Ann Parker College of Liberal Arts

Kelley College of Business and Professional Studies
